Extending God to Others

Serving Locally

As individuals at Evergreen feel drawn to serve in our community, their initiative leads the Church to participate in ministries such as the Loudoun Emergency Homeless Shelter, LifeLine crisis pregnancy center, Loudoun Free Clinic, and Loudoun Aftercare Program (for those just released from jail).  Led by our Youth, we also take monthly trips to share kindness, food, clothing, and prayer with people living in the parks and streets of Washington, D.C.

  • DC Urban Missions – People of all ages are welcome to be part of this inspiring ministry, extending God’s love to His children living on the streets within blocks of the White House. Info from Ralph C.
  • Loudoun Emergency Homeless Shelter – once a month we prepare and serve dinner. Please contact Michelle K. (Krehbiel.Michelle@gmail.com or 571-206-2226), or look at the online sign up.  Michelle serves as lead of this ministry.
